Katoh School is a private Japanese school (preschool - high school) on the pacific coast in Shizuoka prefecture. The school is an English immersion program primarily for Japanese students and follows the Japanese national curriculum in grades 1-9. The junior/senior high school is also an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) Program. The school has approximately 32 full-time foreign staff (pre-k through grade 12). All teachers must have a recognized teacher certification from your home country.

Required Qualifications:
· Native level English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
· Teaching certification from your home country
· Two or more years of teaching experience
· Experience working with ESL or EFL learners
