English Conversation School for Children and Adults
Illinois Academy was established in 1999 in collaboration between School Entity Pacific and The city of Taiani. Tainai city wished to foster an educational environment for the Citizens by preparing them for 21st century by providing an international education. Under this mission, Illinois Academy was opened in June 1999 as an English Conversation school for children . As a result of this educational background and the trend of Japanese education towards internationalization, many Tainai citizens have gained a sense of the necessity of English as a common Language all over the world.
Now there are almost 750 children from 3 years old to 15 years old and adult who are learning English at Illinois Academy.
Illinois Academy provides an educational opportunity through English to students in order to enable them to develop an open mind for various cultures, peoples and societies.
