We promote our school through various methods including SNS, blogging, handing out flyers, and more. Teachers who can help with these tasks are preferred.
Important points to be qualified for the management track position:
1. The applicant must be a native English speaker (English must be his/her first language)
2. The applicant must currently reside in Japan and/or hold a valid working visa
3. The applicant must have at least 2 years of teaching experience in an eikaiwa environment (ALT experience does not apply)
4. The applicant must be able to demonstrate a desire for personal and professional growth
*Additional skills in art, music, webdesign, SEO, marketing, etc. are highly favorable.
*Candidate should have a valid Japanese driver's license and car for commuting to various classroom locations.
Teaching responsibilities will include teaching kids and adults in small classes ranging from private lessons (one-on-one) to small groups (up to 9 students.) We have annual events (Easter/Halloween/Christmas parties, etc.) and special events (special topics lessons, relay marathons, music events, event appearances, etc.) throughout the year that are a great opportunity for our students to speak English outside the classroom. Teachers are expected to attend these events.
Additional responsibilities will include active participation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns, curriculum and teaching resource development, training and evaluation of teachers, event planning, and more. In addition to these responsibilities, teachers on the management track are expected to attend all company meetings and participate in various career development conferences and events.
